★ Parking ★ Residential Street parking is available at no extra cost. Does not require pay by meter. Note: Allow more time if parking at night or during holidays. Read street signs carefully. All penalties incurred by tickets, towing, and the like are the sole responsibility of the guest. ❌NO Parking in front of neighbor’s driveway. ★ Smoking ★ 🚭NO smoking in the driveway. NO smoking in front of the property door. And NO Smoking in the hallway of the property either. This property is a smoke free property. Violators will be fined. ★ Self-Check In ★ Arriving at a later time than expected? No problem at all. Easily access our place when you arrive with a seamless self-check in process. ★Trash ★ ❌NO trash bags are to be left outside the property at all! All garbage to be placed in black trash can only! ★ Early Check In ? ★ Although check in is at 3pm if your travel requires you to arrive earlier we may be able to allow you to place your belongings inside while our housekeeping finishing preparing our place to ensure you have a great time away here.
