🅿️ You can park FREE at the (2) reserved parking spots we will share with you inside the building’s secure garage. You will need to checkin to the apt first and get a pass to enter the garage. ⚠️We ask that you park at the 2 spot #’s we provide only to avoid being towed with fees. 🚭In addition to no smoking in the apt, the building also doesn’t allow any smoking of any kind including no vaping to occur in any common areas as this is a smoke free building with residents and the building watches and monitors all activity 24/7 outside of our apartment and every other resident. This includes not smoking in the courtyard, the hallway, the stairwell, the garage, the gym, and the lounge and. ★ There are NO parties or gatherings allowed in the Lounge Area where the pool table is located. And nothing allowed to be placed on the pool table. Lounge and courtyard is open until 10pm ★ IMPORTANT: If you don’t see the dates available Please message us as we have other places nearby that are available to accommodate you. ★ ★ Self-Check In ★ Arriving at a later time than expected? No problem at all. Easily access our place when you arrive with a seamless self-check in process. ★ Early Check In ? ★ Although check in is at 3pm if your travel requires you to arrive earlier we may be able to allow you to place your belongings inside while our housekeeping finishing preparing our place to ensure you have a great time away here. Additional house rules
1. Guest will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below. 2. Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. In addition to late checkout rules, if you request a late checkout after 9 a.m. on checkout day, the professional cleaning service we hire will charge an extra $25 per apt inconvenience fee for having to wait, in addition to the regular $50 late checkout fee, for a total of $ 75 per apt. 3. Smoking, parties, large gatherings, and excessive loud noise are not allowed. This building is a Smoke Free building inside and even outside the building which includes No smoking even in the courtyard nor the parking lot or the garage. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the apt. Any smoke smell left in the apt is terms for. No smoking by the window either or anywhere on the apartment premises. Smoke detector should not be touched either. Smoking violation is subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. 4. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited. 5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. If found inviting multiple not stated guests you may be in violation of our “no parties or no large gathering” rule and may have your reservation canceled without refund and may be removed from the property. All extra guest must be added to reservation prior to checkin. Host has the right to request that all guests are invited to the reservation and have a verified profile with airbnb before giving checkin access is provided to you for your reservation. 6. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 7. Absolutely NO parties and NO Gathering can occur at all. 8. All trash must be taken to the trash room and must be put down in the trash chute and NOT left in the trash room. If found left in the room we will charge the guest the exact fine that the building charges us. 9. Guests are responsible for coverings the costs to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur, on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any damage to in the message inbox of this app. Unreported damages will be charged after check-out. Do not take plates and cups out of the apartment. Guest are responsible to reimburse for all items missing from apartment that the guest remove. 11. All guests must submit a valid government-issued ID during our check-in process to verify their identity 12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property. 13. There is a $100 fee for keyfob or uPass replacement (There is no camera in the apt). * Minut noise monitoring/alarm device is installed to prevent parties or unauthorized large gatherings. This device “does not” record or invade the privacy of our guests. It only monitors noise levels. This is not to be touched or pressed during your stay.
