Additional house rules

1. Guest will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below. 2. Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. In addition to late checkout rules, if you request a last checkout after 9 a.m. on checkout day, the professional cleaning we hire will charge an extra $25 inconvenience fee for having to wait, in addition to the regular $25 late checkout fee, for a total of $50. 3. Smoking of any kind which includes vaping or hookah, parties, large gatherings and excessive loud noise are not allowed, Smoking violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Guest are responsible for any smoke smell left in the apartment 4. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of fire arms are strictly prohibited. 5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. If found inviting multiple not stated guests you may be in violation of our “no parties or no large gathering” rule and may have your reservation cancelled without refund and may be removed from the property. All extra guest must be added to reservation prior to checkin. Host has the right to request that all guests are invited to the reservation and have a verified profile with airbnb before giving checkin access is provided to you for your reservation. 6. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 7. Billiard Pool table shall not be moved or relocated. Billiard table shall be limited for appropriate use only; bags, food and beverages are not permitted at any time on the felt. *In addition, please do not sit on the Billiard table. Absolutely NO parties and NO Gathering can occur at all. 8. All trash taken to trash room please must be put down the trash chute and NOT left in the trash room. If found left in room we will charge guest the exact fine that the building charges us. 9. Guests are responsible for covering the costs to replace lost: fobs, and must place all fobs back inside the apartment where they were found to avoid fees for reimbursement. A picture should be sent to the host before checkout to confirm this was successfully done. 10. Guest take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur, on the premises and it’s facilities. Guests must report any damage to in the message inbox of this app. Unreported damages will be charged after check-out. Do not take plates and cups out of the apartment. Guest are responsible to reimburse for all items missing from apartment that the guest remove. 11. All guest must submit a valid government-issued ID during our check-in process to verify their identity 12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property. 13. Although it’s commonly known, but we kindly share incase it’s overlooked that we do not recommend leaving your belongings inside your car as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that you decide to leave inside your vehicle while parked. (There is no camera in the apt). There are cameras in the building hallway outside of the apartment that record 24hrs. * Minut noise monitoring/alarm device is installed to prevent parties or unauthorized large gatherings. This device “does not” record or invade privacy of our guests. It only monitors noise levels. This is not to be touched or pressed during your stay.
